Most training is done from the Fleming Boathouse, OUBC’s state of the art facility on the River Thames in Wallingford built in 2006 thanks to a large number of generous donations, most notably from the Fleming Foundation.
Iffley Road Rowing Gym
Land training is done at the Iffley Road Rowing Gym in Oxford. The building also houses the rowing tank and physiology laboratory.
Redgrave and Pinsent Rowing Lake, Caversham
OUBC regularly uses the six lane rowing course at Caversham lakes with British Rowing. The use of the lake was gratefully provided to the OUBC in David Sherriff’s covenant with Sport England.
